Olive Rivers (LaChapelle)
RIVERS, Olive (nee LaChapelle) passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital on Saturday, December 22nd, 2018, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Rivers. Dear mother of Garry (deceased) survived by wife Barbara, Lorraine Adams and her husband Victor, Paul and his wife Julie, Sheila Rivers and her partner Mike Lamers. Proud grandma to Jeanette, Denise, Valerie, Eric, Amber, Sarah, Miranda, and Keith and great-grandma to Emily, Maria, Bridgette, Rebecca, Evan, Colin, Colby, and Charlotte. The family will receive friends at Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Thursday, December 27th, 2018 from 9:15am till 10:30am. Mass of Christian burial to follow at 10:30am. Interment St. Carthaghs Cemetery, Tweed. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Holy Rosary Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family. A special thanks goes out to the nurses and staff in the ICU unit at BGH for their exceptional care of Olive.
