It is with heavy hearts we share the news of the peaceful passing of Norm in Palliative Care at Norfolk General Hospital on Friday, December 14th, 2018 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Sue for 46 years. Loving father of Keri (Glen Parent), Cameron and Kyle. Proud Grampy of Everett and Ethan Parent. Dear brother of Wilma (Dave Welch). Norm was predeceased by his parents Carey (1984) and Velma (1965). He will be sadly missed by extended family and friends.
Norm founded Vittoria Phoenix Inc. In 1988 and worked tirelessly for 30 years until passing the business on to his children. A private family funeral will be held at his home in the following days.
