Nickerson (Williams), Muriel Catherine-77, of West Sable River, formerly East Green Harbour, passed away at home on June 15, 2018. Muriel was the daughter of the late Chesley and Elva(Buchan) Williams. She worked at Shelburne Roseway Hospital for a number of years prior to having her children. Muriel loved her family with all her heart and soul. They came first and foremost in her life. Muriel loved camping, going on trips with her family, clam digging, singing, and most of all, making all who knew her laugh. Muriel was a loving and forgiving person. We will sadly miss her. She was predeceased by her parents, Chesley Williams Sr. and Elva (Buchan) Williams; brothers, Douglas, Manford , Chesley Jr; son Philip Nickerson; grandson, Charles Fudge. Muriel is survived by her husband of 60 years, Edward Nickerson; daughters, Phyllis (Phillip), Liverpool; Patricia (Mark) Wentzell, Beach Meadows; Elva (Wade) Shewbridge, New Brunswick; sons, Everette Nickerson, Sable River; Christopher (Doreen)Nickerson, Enfield; Dale Nickerson, at home; grandsons, Derrick (Tabatha)LeGresley, N.B; Kyle (Christina), Calgary, AB; Matthew (Bailey), Bedford; step-grandson, Dylan Shewbridge, Grand Prairie, AB; granddaughters, Koren (Jason) Whynot, Liverpool; Candice (Scott) Fudge, Calgary, AB; Bailey Nickerson (Jordan), Bedford; great-grandson, Carson, Calgary; great-granddaughter Hannah, Liverpool; great-great granddaughters Nevaeh and Ariana, N.B; and many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place under the direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes & Crematorium Ltd. There will be no visitation or service by request.
