It is with broken hearts that we announce thepeaceful passing of our dear wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother andgreat-great-grandmother Minnie Kobryn on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at the age of101 & a half. Dear mother of Roberta (Norman Jacques), Charles (CaronFirsht). She leaves behind 4 grandchildren; Michael Stevenson (Shannon), Sarah(Larry Pickle), Charlene (Peter Vitale), Erin (Dan Roberts). 9great-grandchildren; Chelsey, Shayne, Kyle, Alexia, Eliana, Isabella, Evan,Emilia, and Maeve. 2 great-great-grandchildren; Rae-lynn and Carson. Survivedby sister Louise Piechocinski of Maryland and sister-in-law Lillian Beren.Pre-deceased by her parents Gertrude (Kozinets) & Hyman Beren, husbandWalter, her brother Louis Beren, sister Rosa (Morris Feldman),her son Roger Perry, daughter Marguerite Stevenson, and two grandsonsChristopher Stevenson and Kevin Jacques. Minnie is survived by many nieces andnephews, and she will be missed by her many friends and family. Visitation atWINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519.253.7234. on Saturday,July 21, 2018 from 11am until a Celebration of Minnie’s life at 12:30pm. A private graveside service will be conductedat a later date.
