Our family is heartbroken to announce the passing of our most beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend on Saturday, August 25, 2018. Michael passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family and friends. Dearly loved by his wife Bonnie of 29 years. Adored father of Michelle (Luca), Daniella, and Nicole (Ryan). Predeceased by his parents Franco and Giuseppina Losak, and in-laws Jerry and Maureen Mclean. Much loved brother of Mary and Michael Zivolak, Antonio and Marianna Losak, Frank and Suzanne Losak, and Antoinette Losak. Much loved brother-in-law of Mike and Cindy Mclean and Rodney and Karen Mclean. Dearest nephew of the late Francesco and Francesca Ascrizzi, Calogero and the late Carmela Criminisi. Michael will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews Jessica (Greg), Josephine (Garret), Lina (Ramsin), Francesco, Frank Jr., Mika, Antonio, Ethan, Justin, and Tori, along with many cousins and friends. Michael was known for his company Professional Collection Services and was a member of the B.I.A. Michael was a much loved soccer coach to many teams in the Sparta and Mount Hamilton Organizations. Michael is leaving behind lifelong childhood friends who remained by his side until the end. We would like to thank the Hematology team on the 4C floor of the Juravinski Hospital, including the nursing staff for their tremendous care and compassion over the years. Visitation at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton St. E. (near James) on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers Thursday at 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Mary’s Church, 146 Park St. N., on Friday, August 31, 2018 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery, 254 Garner Rd. W., Ancaster.
