In Loving Memory
Merlin Arnold Bergeron, beloved husband of Mary Margaret Bergeron of Calgary, passed away in Ottawa, ON on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at the age of 83 years.
He was the loving father of Blaine Bergeron of Manotick, ON, Madeline J. Bergeron of Vancouver, B.C., step-son Patrick M. Wallwork of Dundas, ON, step-son John Fitzgerald Wallwork of Airdrie, AB and Mary Margaret Bergeron of Calgary, AB. He will also be dearly missed by two grandchildren; brother Norm Bergeron and sisters Lois Ronneseth, Lorna Imber and Arlene Lahl. Merlin was predeceased by his brother Ted and sister Marie. Merlin was a certified engineering technologist and was a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at visitation at Mountain View Funeral Home, (Prairie View Chapel, 1605 – 100 Street SE, Calgary) on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Thomas More Parish (15 Templebow Road NE, Calgary) on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
