Missy, you will always be in our hearts.
Melissa Welter passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018 at home at the young age of 23. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our sweet Missy. She will always be in our hearts and be remembered by her parents Ken and Sandy, sisters Sarah (Volker) and Emily (Joe), grandma, uncle Mike and auntie Jane, uncle Tom and auntie Cindy, auntie Shirley, auntie Yvette; cousins Lucas (Addy), Matthew (Julia, Jillian, Haley, Sophia and Penelope), Katrina (Cassidy), Robert, Lea-Anne, Eric, Jared, Josh, Jacob. She is also survived by family in Germany. Melissa is in heaven with Grandpa, Oma & Opa, cousin Richard and uncle David. Melissa was born and raised in Calgary, She was the girl with the biggest heart, always fighting for the underdog and taking struggling souls under her wings. She loved her dog Sadie as well as listening to Nickelback. She would always state how much she loved her family, and we loved her back tenfold. Melissa overcame adversities and we were so proud of her.
