In Loving Memory
Peacefully at the Kingston Health Science Centre on Wednesday November 28, 2018 in his 88th year. Husband of Maria Constantino-Mota and the late Joanna Mota (1994). Father of Claudio (Dorvalina), Tony (the late Annette) and Joey (Donna). Cherished grandfather of Lucy (Eric), Christopher (Alisha), Patrick, Leslie and Brittany and great grandchildren Nathan and Hailey. Stepfather of Sandra Pacheco and Michael.
The family will receive friends at the Central Chapel of the Gordon F. Tompkins Funeral Homes 49 Colborne Street (at Clergy) on Friday between the hours of 5-8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Fatima Parish on Saturday at 10 a.m. Rite of Committal Prayers will be said at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Metcalfe ON. Donations, for those wishing, may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
