Obituary Overview
Mary Michalchuk
Mary Kathrine Michalchuk was born Saturday, October 15, 1927, in St. Isadore de Bellevue, SK, and passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at Mont St. Joseph home, in Prince Albert, SK, at the age of 91 years. Mary grew up near Bellevue, SK, where upon completing her education she lived in Saskatoon, Vancouver, Thunder Bay, and Toronto, working numerous jobs. She returned to Prince Albert in 1967 and resided there ever since. Mary was a familiar face over the years in P.A., where you would find her walking to town from the West Flat almost daily. Mary was challenged by mental illness for most of her adult life, but everyone that met her so enjoyed her spirit and uniqueness. She lived at Mont St. Joseph home the last 8 years of her life. The care and compassion she received there was such a blessing to her and her family. One cannot thank them enough. My dear Aunt Mary will be greatly missed. Mary leaves to mourn, her sister, Gloria Donahue from Edmonton, AB; her brother-in-law, Walter Pylypiuk from Vernon, BC; her special niece, Sylvia Joubert-Johnson (Don) from Saskatoon, SK; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Stella Michalchuk; her two brothers, Frank and John; her five sisters, Olga Joubert from Prince Albert, Eva Georget, Pauline Hansen, Mel Pylypiuk, and Vivian Sanjenko. Funeral services will be privately held. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of River Park Funeral Home, (306) 764-2727, Carla Jesso, Funeral Director.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Mary Michalchuk 2018..
