It is with deep sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our mother Mary Anne O’Day. Mary passed on December 26, 2018 at 86 years of age.
The daughter of the late James and Christina (MacPherson) MacDonald. Mary will be missed by her children Dale (Michelle MacKinnis), David, Patricia and Deborah Latoski as well as 8 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Isabelle Harding and special friends Billy Cameron, Stewart Estwick and Fredy Maglario.
Mary was predeceased by her husband Dennis Andrew, sisters Margaret Calder and Rodena Comer and brothers Thomas, James and Eric MacDonald.
She was a longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 12 and was active in planning many of their events. She especially loved dances, music and darts.
It is only fitting that a gathering to celebrate her life also take place at Branch #12, 101 Dorchester St., on Saturday, Jan 5 from 1-4. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family by visiting www.twcurry.com.
