Berndt, Marlene Audrey (Griffith)
Passed away peacefully at Kingston General Hospital on Monday, February 26, 2018 at the age of 76. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Neil Berndt (2017). Loving mother of Dale (Lori) and Kevin. Grandfather of Jenna, Phillip and Brian. Dear sister of Lois Smith, Sheila Humphrey (late Ken) and Cheryl Major. Predeceased by her parents Emma and Bill Griffith, her sister Doris MacKenzie and brothers: Percy (late Anne), Keith, Maitlan (late Muriel) and Carl Griffith.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses of Davies 5 of Kingston General Hospital, for their caring compassion.
In keeping with Marlene’s wishes, cremation has taken place in care of GORDON F. TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOME – Township Chapel. Private family interment will be held at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens at a later date.
