Mark “Markie” born in Stephenville, NL on August 17, 1968, grew up around family in Cold Brook, NL, until he moved back to Stephenville, NL when he was 18 years of age. Mark was a loving father, son, brother, partner and friend. Mark from a young age enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, quading, and spending quality time with family and friends. Into adulthood, he continued to spend summer and fall months, salmon fishing, camping and hunting, while winter months enjoying snowmobiling. Markie knew how to enjoy every moment that he had to the fullest. Family and friends meant everything to him, and any time that he spent with them was spent with quality. He always showed the world that what matters most is the quality of life, and material things were not the importance. He was a loving father who did what he could for his children, a loving brother and son who always valued family, and a fun-loving uncle who treasured his nieces and nephews and treated them like his own.
Marks smile was infectious. His laughter rang through each place he went, and you could not help but feel his love, and laugh along side of him. His smile, his laughter and zest for life will be forever missed by all.
