It is with great sadness that we annouce the passing of our beloved sister and Aunty Marilyn Harris. Marilyn passed away in the Kelowna General Hospital on Friday, December 21, 2018 with family by her side. Marilyn was predeceased by her parents Fred and Louise Harris and brother-in-law David Egli. Marilyn will be dearly missed by brother Ronald (Linda) Harris, sister Judy Egli and Sister Kathy (Bruce) Harker, Godchildren Courtney (Erik) Choutka and Tyler (Hoori) Choutka and many nieces and nephews. Marilyn had a full and enjoyable life as a School Teacher with the Vancouver School Board and taught school for 37 years. Her students were her life. Marilyn will always be known for her love of the Vancouver Canuk Hockey Team, her gardening skills, reading a book a day, her overblown Holiday decorations and the love of her family. There will be a private famiy burial followed by a Celebration of Life on Saturday, December 29, 2018, 2:00 p.m. at the Keremeos Legion Hall.
