Maria Adella Williams

Passed away at St. Mary’s General Hospital on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at the age of 90 years.
Beloved wife of the late Egbert “Brother D” Williams. Dear mother of Novlet Traenkler (Dieter). Loved grandmother of Angella Boothe, Donavon Boothe (Rosie), Tracey Keith (Kevin), Gary Boothe (Crystal), and Natalie Hopper (Paul), and great grandmother of Harrison, Jasmine, Georgia, Kierra, Chelsea, and Madison. Dear sister of Elizabeth, Icylin, and Jerrel. Predeceased by her parents Alexander and Clementine Easie, her sisters Melicent, Mabel, and Iris, and her brother James. Maria will be fondly remembered by her dear friends she spent time with during her weekly quilting groups at the Rockway Centre, as well as her weekly volunteering at the downtown Kitchener Community Centre. Maria’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m., where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery.
