Margot Duford
Duford , Marguerite (Margot) Therese
Peacefully in her home in Ottawa, surrounded by dear friends, on Monday, May 14th, 2018, at the age of 93. Margot is the only daughter of the late Jean Baptiste and Marguerite (nee St. Julien) Duford. Margot was a devout Catholic who had the gift of faith. Her devotion to her parents and in particular her mother is a testament to her loving spirit. Margot was an avid art collector and an expert on Italian Renaissance. She will be dearly missed by all her friends and relatives. God Bless! Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O’Connor) on Thursday, May 17th, 2018 from 12-3pm.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Basilica, 220 Kent Street on Friday, May 18th, at 10am.
Interment Notre Dame Cemetery. Reception to follow at the family home.
