Margaret Fuller 2018

OBITUARY
Margaret M. Fuller
19 June , 1934 – 24 March , 2018
FULLER, Margaret McLeod (nee Peddie) was born in Perth, Scotland on June 19, 1934 and died peacefully in Comox, BC on March 24, 2018. She is predeceased by her daughter Alison Bennett, and survived by David, her husband of 62 years, son Mark Fuller (Rhonda), son-in-law Dave Bennett (Beth), grandchildren Nicola, Scott, Kevin and Ian as well as extended family in Canada, the UK and the United States.
Born and raised in Scotland and trained as a nurse, she emigrated with David to Canada in 1957. A strong affection for their adopted country led to homes in Port Arthur, Vancouver, Victoria, Hornby Island and Courtenay, forging countless treasured friendships along the way.
Margaret was a loving mother and grandmother, known for her kindness and ever-present smile. Her passions included weaving, knitting, embroidery, cooking, gardening and bird watching. She also adored her many pets.
The family would like to thank the staff at the North Island Hospital Comox Valley campus, and at The Views for their kindness and care.
There will be a private gathering in Margaret’s honour. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the MS Society of Canada.
