MANTHORNE – Willis Terry, 69, of Mersey Point, Queens County, passed away peacefully in QEII Health Science Centre, Halifax on Wednesday, September 5, 2018.
Born in Liverpool, he was a son of Greta (Smith)(Manthorne) Titus of Liverpool and the late Willis Manthorne.
Terry was employed with Mersey Seafoods for 38 and a half years and was owner-operator of T&H Divers for forty years. He enjoyed gardening and hunting.
Terry is survived by his wife Patricia (Latham); his daughter Karen of Western Head; his son Evan (Colleen Jack) of Port Bickerton; his granddaughter, Kaleigh; his twin sisters Betty (David) Teed and Barbara (Mike) Hersey, both of Debert; his half sister Kim (Don) Kook, of Liverpool and his brothers Andrew (Dianne) and Brian (Patty), both of Truro.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Home, Liverpool. No service. No flowers. Donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia. Online condolences may be made to www.chandlersfuneral.com
