HAZELL, Lucille (née Langlois) – Mrs. Lucille Marie Blanche Hazell passed away peacefully with her family at her side at St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre on Wednesday November 14, 2018 at the age of 92 years. She is with our Heavenly Father, the Virgin Mary, and all the saints as well as all her previously deceased loved ones. Beloved wife of Garfield Hazell. Loving mother of Gail Risto (Edwin), Lynn Bertrand (Jacques), Nancy Hazell (Chris), Gary Hazell (Claire), and Sandra Chaykowski (Rick). Sadly missed by her grandchildren David, Stephanie, Jacqueline, Éric, Jean-Paul, Natalie, André, Adèle, Kevin, Natalia, and Sierra, and her great-grandchildren Aidan, Rylynn, Carlie, Clark, Evelyn, Nicholas, Adrien, and Leah. Dear sister to Raymond Langlois and Françoise Cardinal. Predeceased by her parents Phillipe and Laurentide (née Besner) Langlois, her grandson Léo, her great-grandson Thomas, her siblings Gérard, Alfred “Rodrigue”, Laurent, Sœur Cécile Langlois, and Myrella Charbonneau. Visitation will take place at Wilson Funeral Home. 822 Pitt Street, on Sunday November 18 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. The Mass of the Resurrection with Commendation and Farewell will be held in St. Andrew’s Roman Catholic Church on Monday November 19, 2018 at 10:30AM. Interment to follow in St. Andrew’s Parish Cemetery. A special thank you to the nurses and staff of the St. Joseph’s Continuing Care Centre for their loving care and compassion.
