With family by her side, Lorna passed away at the age of 100 on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the Hamilton General Hospital. Loving mother of Dianne Vickers and Garry Smith (Janet Darch). Grandma of Emily Smith and Laura Barton (Corey), and great-grandma of Cole and Rowan. Thank you to the many people, especially her Personal Support Workers and her friend David Corstorphine, who assisted Lorna and made it possible for her to continue to live in her own apartment. A Memorial Reception will be held at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Saturday, November 24, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. If desired, donations in memory of Lorna may be made to the charity of your choice.
