It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and sister at the age of 58 in Thunder Bay, ON June 22, 2018. Lori was a longtime resident of Thunder Bay. She was born in Dryden August 12, 1959 and spent her early life was in Vermilion Bay, Dryden, Sioux Lookout and later in The Pas, MB and Saskatoon, SK.
Predeceased by her common-law partner Gyula Docs, her parents Joel and Georgina Lindquist, twin brothers Joel and Robert Lindquist, sister Julie Degenhardt and her husband Stan Degenhardt, sister Heather Westergard and her husband Dennis Westergard.
Lori is survived by her children Cheryl Wong (Grant), Laura Wong, Bryan (Carmen) Docs and Stephanie Docs. Grandchildren Mathew Brunton, Victoria Brunton (Tyler) and Sarah Brunton. Her sisters Sherry (Bob) McGogy and Vera (Eric) Kaiser, Hugh Wong, aunts Doreen Gangloff and JoAnne (Lee) Moore, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
A Memorial Funeral Service to Celebrate Lori’s life will be held Friday June 29th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Moffat Chapel of Stevens Funeral Homes with Mardi Plomp officiating. Interment of ashes will take place at later date.
If friends desire donations may be made to Dryden Regional Mental Health & Addiction Services through the Stevens Funeral Homes P.O. Box 412, Dryden ON P8N 2Z1. Condolences may be posted at www.stevensfuneralhomes.ca
