1975-2018
It is with heavy hearts the family announce the
passing of Lisa May Allen, wife of Andrew Allen, which occurred
peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday,
April 21, 2018.
Born on December 6, 1975, in Saint John, she was the
daughter of Stephen and Ida (Yerxa) Tucker. Lisa attended St.
Malachy’s High School, graduating in 1993. In 1998, she graduated from
UNB Fredericton with her Degree in Nursing. Lisa was a nurse
at the Saint John Regional Hospital in the Internal Medicine Unit for
many years. Lisa loved spending time with her family and friends
and treasured every moment. She had a quiet, gentle nature and loved
being at home which is filled with her talent for her crafts and
decorations.
Lisa was a loving and devoted wife to her
husband of 20 years, Andrew Allen of Quispamsis, adoring and loving
mother to Lacey Allen, her brother Shawn Tucker of Saint John, her
in-laws, John and Sharon Allen of Hampton, NB.
Resting at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152
Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119) with visiting on Tuesday from
2-4 and 6-8PM . Funeral Service will be held at Hampton Baptist
Church, 776 Main Street Hampton, on Wednesday, April 25,
2018 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made
to Crohns and Colitis
Canada.
