in his 73rd year.
Beloved Husband of Helen.
Loving Father of Teresa Hunt (Dixon)
and Amanda Levac (Roger).
Cherished Grandfather of Allison and Brendan.
Lovingly remembered by his Sisters
Jacqueline, Madelaine and Ginette
and Brother Raymond.
Jack will be fondly missed and always remembered
by his many relatives and friends.
At Jack’s and the family’s request,
Cremation has taken place.
A private family service has been held.
