Lena Maria Newell
May 22, 1922 – December 22, 2018
Passed away at Forest Heights Long Term Care on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at the age of 96 years.
Beloved companion of the late Robert Dietrich. Dear mother of Jim (Betty), Paul (Cheryl), Doug (Donna), and Patti Newell. Also remembered by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son John (1967), and her brothers Mario and Bruno. Lena’s family will receive relatives and friends at Westmount Memorial Celebration Centre, 1001 Ottawa St. S., Kitchener, (519-743-8900), on Friday, December 28, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:15 p.m., where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment at Parkview Cemetery.
