Koren Evelyn Coffin
1956-2018
Peacefully with her family by her side at the Provincial
Palliative Care Centre on Friday, January 5, 2018 of Koren Coffin of
Mount Stewart age 61 years.
Beloved wife of George and dear mother of Amanda (Jeff)
Dingwell, and Aimee. Loving Nana of Jordan and Eva. She is also
lovingly remembered by her sisters Joyce Gilbert, Wendy MacConnell
(Kevin Hynes), Alvona Flynn, Cynthia Kenny (Ernie Arsenault) and Karen
Mitchell (Leslie). Sister-in-law of Bill Coffin (Millie Murley), Mary
Mullen ( I.J. deceased), Fred (deceased), Ann Baldwin (Victor
deceased), Marion MacPhee (Allen), Regis (deceased) and Theresa
Trainor (Allan). Koren is also fondly remembered by numerous nieces
and nephews. She was also predeceased by her mother Norma Gilbert
(Clair Crawford) and father Bernard Gilbert, special niece Suzanne
Gilbert, nephew Mark Watson and grandmother Pearl
Stroud.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home
until Wednesday morning, then transferred to St. Andrew’s
Church, Mount Stewart for funeral mass at 2:00 p.m. Visiting hours
will be held on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00
p.m.
