KEVIN PERRY
After a lengthy illness, Kevin Perry peacefully passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the age of 55 years. He was surrounded by his wife Yvonne, children Sam (Mary Ann) and Madelynn (Ian), his sister Margaret, brother in law Rick, nephew Shaun and nieces Katie and Kerry and his brother Michael, brother and sister in law Brian and Jodi, nephews Eddie, Matt, Braedie and niece Chloe and his cats, Lucky and Lucy. His loving parents, Irene and Rally, predecease him. He missed them so very much.
Kevin has always had the support of Mom and Dad Kreitz, and other extended family in Winnipeg and Belfast, as well as many close friends including Rick and Sharon Wright, Greg and Katie Bankowski, Alison Demare and Danny Wear. A talented artist for much of his adult life, Kevin was passionate about the outdoors, campfires and his family. He had a contagious sense of humor, which never left him. Kevin will be remembered for his love of his family and friends, his abundance of knowledge, his love of the Winnipeg Jets, his big kid toys, and his never-ending supply of candy.
The family would like to thank the Palliative Care team for their caring and thoughtful support.
A private celebration of Kevin’s life was held at his home on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. We honored his wishes by playing Rush music, sitting in the backyard by a fire and telling stories about Kevin.
