Ken passed away peacefully on June 26, 2018 at Kelowna General Hospital at the age of 76. He is lovingly remembered by his partner Sally Driscoll, brother Jim Grant (Bev) of Chilliwack, B.C., sister Dorothy Spina (Frank) of Vernon, B.C., 2 nieces Brandy Schmidt (Matt) of Chilliwack B.C., Robin Grant of Vancouver, B.C., Aunt Rose Wolfe, of Medicine Hat, AB, Uncle Frank Wolf, of Abbotsford, B.C., numerous cousins and friends. Ken was predeceased by his father Bruce Grant and mother Anne Grant… Read More » (nee Wolfe); as well as many uncles, aunts and cousins. Ken farmed at Eaglesham, AB for many years where he took over the Homestead. He was owner operator of a crop dusting business called Northern Crop Care. Ken was well known as an incredible pilot & a man of all trades. He loved his hobbies which included: curling, snowmobiling, motorcycling, boating, golfing, and his most recent was riding the dunes down south. He was very generous, a true friend and highly thought of by many folks. Ken and Sally have had many years of RVing down south and around the country. No service by request. He will be laid to rest with his parents in the Musselwhite Cemetery in Abbotsford, B.C. Memorial donations in Ken’s name may be directed to Neuro-Patient Resource Centre, McGill University Health Centre, 3801 University, Room 354, Montreal, QC, or Kelowna General Hospital, 2268 Pandosy St, Kelowna, B.C. V1Y1T2 would be appreciated.
