Obituary of Kathleen Robar
ROBAR, Kathleen Vera – Age 91, passed away peacefully on August 10th, 2018 at the Mahone Nursing Home, Mahone Bay, where she had resided for the past 15 months. Born in North River, she was a daughter of the late Ray and Mabel Robar and the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Kathleen is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Wellington; son, Bryant; daughters, Rosemary (Cluney), Gail (James) and Patsy (Geoff); as well as grandsons, Jason (Tanya and family) and Ryan. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings, Lemert, Marie and Muriel.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home, New Germany. There will be no visitation or funeral service by request. Donations may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, North River or a charity of choice.
