Joseph Steven Taziar passed away suddenly at St. Marys Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, age 79, on September 11, 2018.
Beloved husband of Mary Taziar (Graf) for 53 years. Father of Stephen and Karen Taziar of Bradford, Teresa Taziar of London, and Christine and Barry McKarney of Kitchener. Dear grandpa of Hannah and Laura McKarney. Brother of Anne Kichinko of Caledonia and Mildred Forshner of Milton. Brother-in-law of Shirley Stoll, Madeleine Graf, Rita and Leo Deitner, Irene and Joe Sergi, and remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by his sister Mary Yankovitch and husband Michael, brother Michael and Josephine Taziar, brother-in-law John Kichinko, and brother and sister in infancy.
There will be no visitation. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at HOLY NAME OF MARY PARISH, Northeast corner of Peel St. N. and Widder St. E., St. Marys, on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at 11 a.m. with Fr. Philip Joseph. Interment in St. Marys Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Holy Name of Mary Parish Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
