JOHN “JACK” ROSE
Jack Rose, 86, of Mitchell passed away peacefully at the Ritz Lutheran Villa on Monday, November 19, 2018.
Beloved husband of Elizabeth “Beth” Rose. Dear father of Paul Rose (Sue). Loving grandfather of Nathan and Jordan. Dear brother-in-law of Ted Johns (Janet Amos). Dear uncle of Christopher Royal, Joe Johns and their families.
Predeceased by his parents Charles and Sarah Rose.
Jack was employed at Stacey Bros. (Parmalat) in Mitchell for 42 years. He enjoyed playing ball in his younger years and coaching hockey.
Friends will be received at the Lockhart Funeral Home, 109 Montreal St., Mitchell on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday from 10-10:45 am followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Gery Luck officiating. A reception will follow at the Lockhart Reception Centre. Interment in Grace Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial donations to Grace Lutheran Church or Diabetes Association may be made at LockhartFuneralHome.com.
