John Patrick Milligan
John Patrick Milligan, 71, passed away December 24th at the V.G. Site. He was the son of the late Jack and Phyllis Milligan. Pat is survived by his wife, Paula, son Jeff and daughter-in-law, Janelle. He attended St. Mary’s University for his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education, and also Mount Saint Vincent University for a Masters in Educational Psychology. Pat taught at Eastern Shore District High and in Halifax at St. Stephen’s, Major Stevens, and Cornwallis Junior High. He has been cremated. Visitation will be from 2-4 pm on January 2nd at The Atlantic Funeral Home on 6552 Bayers Rd, Halifax. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
