Jean Lunn
Jean passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 2, 2018. Born in Minto Township on March 18, 1914, Cora Jean Lunn (née Holtom) of Egmondville, formerly of Wingham, was in her 105th year.
Predeceased by her husband Andy (1997) and her daughter Judith Gibson (1986). Dearly missed by her son Robert Lunn (Diane). Cherished grandma of Tim and Carol Gibson, Ted and Shirley Gibson, Tracy and Terry Vollmer, great-grandma of Melissa (Justin), Jennifer, Rebecca, Tim, Adam (Lesley), Jason (Andrea), and great-great-grandma of Cameron, Addison, Amy, Blake, Sienna and Sebastian. Jean will also be missed by Harold (Lieta) and her many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.
Also predeceased by her siblings Lula, Meryl, Laura, Bert, Mabel, Ed and Doris.
At Jean’s request, a private graveside funeral service will be held at Egmondville Cemetery and a family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to McGlynn Family Funeral Home, Seaforth, 519-527-1390.
