Jean, born on May 14, 1923, daughter of Fred and Annie (Boswell) MacRae passed away peacefully on Nov. 9, 2018 at New Waterford Consolidated Hospital.
After her May 28, 1942 marriage to R.A.F. pilot Tom Mitchell, they lived in Canada, England and Southern Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) before returning Canada in 1953.
