FIDDLER, Janet (nee Fischer) – Janet Estelle with her family by her side at St. Joseph Continuing Care Centre, Cornwall on May 28, 2018. She was 80 years old. Beloved wife of 60 years to James Arthur Fiddler. Loving mother of Randy (Carole), Michelle (Andre) Gravelle and Jeffrey (Sylvia). Loved daughter of the late William and Laura ( née Voll) Fischer. Predeceased by her brother George (Betty) Fischer, sister Marie (Reg) Taylor and sister Dorothy (Gerry) Eckert. Survived by her sister Ruth (Milt) Clarke. Janet will be sadly missed by her grandchildren: Trevor (Roxane) Fiddler and Shelby (Scott) Bertrand, Arielle (Matt), Aaron, Avery, Ashton, Addison and Alec Gravelle; Keenan, Taran and Caden Fiddler. She will also be sadly missed by her great-grandchildren Jade and Charlotte. Resting at Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt St. Cornwall, ON. on Friday, June 1st, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, 1509 Second St. W, Cornwall on Saturday, June 2nd, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Committal at St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, Ingleside at a later date. A special thank you to the nurses and support staff at Woodland Villa, Long Sault and more recently St. Joseph Continuing Care Centre- Quinn House for your kind and compassionate care of Janet.
