Peacefully with family by his side at Strathroy Middle General Hospital on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at the age of 88 years. Beloved husband of Madeline (nee Fawcett). Loving father of Dan (Lois), Colleen (Dave), and Kerry (Greg). Grandfather of Kelly (Mike), Garrett, Meghan (Evan), Ashley (Jordan), Shelby, and Kate. Great-grandfather of Nora and Rowan. Survived by his sister Norma (late Ted). Predeceased by his parents Frank & Edith, and his brothers Bruce (late Jean), Doug (late Evelyn), Ross (late Joan). Jack enjoyed 37 years of service with Ontario Hydro.
Visitation will take place at DENNING’S OF FOREST, 9 James Street South, Forest, on Saturday, December 29, 2018, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. A Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home at 1:00 pm. Reception to follow in the church hall. For those who wish, in memoriam donations to the Forest United Church or to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
