Obituary of H. McDonald
McDonald; Hannah “Maude” (Fisher) passed away peacefully at Babcock Community Care Centre, Wardsville on Saturday, December 8, 2018 in her 99th year. Maude was born in Mosa Township to the late Carrie (Kelley) & Harry Fisher. She was the beloved wife of the late John Gordon McDonald (2001). She was the loving mother of Deanna Saucier (Bud), Donna Le Joncour (Guy), Mary Anne Herron (Martin), John McDonald (Kris), and the late Charles (1997). Sadly missed by granddaughters Tracey Hipkins (Kevin), Nicolle Valiquette (Ryan), Guilaine Le Joncour (Kevin Yeates), Lise Le Joncour (Ben Grol), Chantal McDonald (Ken Wolter), and great-grandchildren Emma & Kate Hipkins, Abby & Sydney Valiquette, Max Grol, and Holden Wolter. Maude was the last member of the Fisher family. She is predeceased by her sisters Kathleen Martin, Madeleine Partington, her twin sister Mae Brearley, her brothers Tim, Harold (Red), Murray (Mose), Jack and Harry Fisher. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Maude’s family will receive friends and relatives at the Badder & Robinson Funeral Home, 211 Elm Street, Bothwell on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Bothwell Cemetery. Those wishing to leave an expression of sympathy are asked to consider by cheque Four Counties Health Services Foundation or Babcock Community Care Centre Residents Fund.
