Passed away at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the age of 75. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Eva Levac, by his brothers Lucien, Adrien, Ronald, and Frank, and by his sisters, Jeannine, Simone, and Murielle. Survived by his brother Richard, his sister-in-law Diane, his niece Chantal and nephew Michel as well as many other nieces and nephews. Special friend of Liette Lemieux and her extended family.
