BRUNE (Bruene), Heinz
Dearly loved and now missed by Annemarie, his wife of 66 years. Heinz died on Thursday, September 13, 2018, in his 94th year. He was born in Germany, was a pilot and then went into engineering. In Canada he and Annemarie established and ran successfully Hamilton Thermal Specialities, a metal heat treating company. Before and after retirement they travelled and enjoyed their friends. Heinz will be missed by his sister, Cristel (Udo), his niece Uta, his sister-in-law Lore (Eleanor), his friends, Klaus, Melita, Hilda, Tony, Agnes, Lu, Peggy and caregivers Bruce, Jane, Maria and the compassionate staff at Sunrise in Burlington. Visitation will be held at the DODSWORTH & BROWN FUNERAL HOME- BURLINGTON CHAPEL (2241 New Street at Drury Lane 905-637-5233) on Wednesday September 19, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A graveside service and burial will be held on Thursday September 20, 2018 at 10:00 am at Section 14, Woodland Cemetery, 700 Spring Gardens Road, Burlington.
