At Cedarwood Village, Simcoe on September 21, 2018 in his 85th year. Beloved husband of 64 years to Twila (Lampman). Dear father of Roger (Pam), Michael (Joanne) and James (Phyllis). Cherished grandfather of Dean (Kim), James, Christina Hele (Josh), Jennifer Parnell (Kyle), Jason, Nicole and Cheryl and great grandfather of Cheyenne, D.J., Summer, Jordyn and Lauryn. Roger was predeceased by his brother Douglas Cruickshank and survived by his sister-in-law Maebelle and predeceased by his sister Eleanor Joyce and survived by his brother-in-law Harold Joyce. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Erland Lampman (Ruth), Everett Lampman (Deane deceased), June Miller (Bob deceased). He was predeceased by in-laws Don Lampman and Sharon Roberts and survived by in-laws Lyn Lampman and Dave Roberts. Roger was active in the local community and was the recipient of many public service awards including Canada 150. A service will be held at THE VITTORIA COMMUNITY CENTRE, Vittoria, Ontario on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life and refreshments.
