At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, surrounded by family on April 21, 2018 of Glenn Willoz, from New Orleans and Souris, in his 64th year. Faithful husband to Della (nee MacAngus), and dear father to Jessica MacDonald, and Lucas MacPherson. Loving Papa Mutt to his granddaughters Ella and Sophie. Survived by his sister Daphne Willoz Hilton (Ray), brother Frank Willoz Jr. and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Frank Sr. and Irene Willoz.
Glenn joined the army at the age of 18 and was stationed over seas in Germany for many years doing road construction. When Glenn came back to Louisiana he continued his career with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and put in over 30 years of service before his retirement. After losing their home in Hurricane Katrina he continued his work with the Army assisting with recovery efforts. All during his life Glenn was an avid bike rider and loved his Harley’s. He was married to Della for over 15 years and they moved to PEI in 2013 to be closer to their daughter and their granddaughters.
A celebration of Glen’s life will take place at a later date in Louisiana, USA. If so desired, memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
