Geraldine Betty Principi
June 30, 1930 – July 12, 2018
Geraldine Principi (nee Rattenbury). Life is measured in love and positive contributions and moments of grace. Grace is what picks us up, lifts our wings high above and allows us to fly. In the face of sadness, joy, hardship, kindness, happiness, pain and unkindness, Jerry was always graceful. Born a child of light’s wonderful secret, she has now returned to the beauty and grace that she has always been. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Jerry Principi on July 12, 2018, in her 88th year. She is now reunited with her beloved husband Vince. She will be forever remembered and loved by her children Sam (Delee), Mark (Judy), Steve (Sharon) and Carol Robillard (Rick), her grandchildren Jocelyn, Keandra, Wesley Hunter, Paige and Dylan, her great-grandchildren Jacqueline, Eliana and Jayden and her great-great grand daughter Asia. She is survived by her brothers Earl and David Smith and her sister-in-law Hepsey Principi. The family would like to express their deep gratitude to the compassionate and caring staff at Willowgrove Long Term Care Residence. In lieu of flowers and if desired, donations to the Parkinson’s Foundation or Heart & Stroke Foundation can be made through the funeral home, Cresmount Funeral Home. In accord with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family funeral will take place in the future.
