Casey, Gerald Thomas, 78 of River Bourgeois passed away at home on Nov. 6, 2018. Born in Halifax he was the son of the late Dennis and Charlotte (King) Casey. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, River Bourgeois.
He is survived by: his Wife Edna (Mac Donald), two sons, Wallace (Cherie) of Maryland, USA, Gerald Jr. (Kelly) Halifax; twin sister Joan, Debaie’s Cove N.S.; three brothers Freeman, Ontario; Warren and Dennis of Halifax and grandchildren Marty, Morgan, Robyn, Joseph and Kate.
He was predeceased by 2 brothers and 2 sisters. There is no visitation by request. Funeral Mass will be held Friday at 11 a.m. from St. John the Baptist Church, River Bourgeois; followed by a reception. Burial Friday at 3:30 p.m. in St. Peters Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are under the Care of Green’s Funeral Home, 507 Bernard St. Port Hawkesbury
