At the Kings County Memorial Hospital Sunday, April 22, 2018
with family by her side the passing of Georgina Teresa MacDonald, age
72, beloved wife of the late Alexander Daniel MacDonald. Born in St.
George’s, October 21, 1945, she was the daughter of the late
Duncan and Regina (MacMaster) MacDonald. Georgina will be missed by
her loving children Carol Ann MacLeod, Bev (Allan) Pitre, Jackie
(Scott) Dunn; cherished grandchildren, Jason Pitre, Chris Dunn,
Matthew, Dunn, Kayla Dunn, Alex Pitre; brothers and sister Bernice
Sheehan, Rita MacPhee, Michael (Florence) MacDonald, Sarah Newell,
Annie MacDonald; sister-in-law Kay MacGregor; numerous nieces and
nephews; her special fur baby Tiger. She was predeceased by an infant
daughter Catherine; brother Joe MacDonald; sisters Mary Flynn, Clemmie
Somers, Nora MacDonald (Elwood); brothers-in-law Jimmy Sheehan, Roddie
MacPhee, Albert MacDonald.
Resting at Ferguson
Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Tuesday, April 24th from
6 to 9 pm. Funeral Service to take place in the Funeral Home Chapel,
Wednesday, April 25th at 10 am. Interment to follow in the St.
George’s Cemetery. Donations to the Kings County Memorial
Hospital or the Cancer Society of PEI would be appreciated.
