Baker, Georgette Marie Claire (nee Grenier)
Passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Grand River Hospital at the age of 77.
Beloved wife of Leo Baker for 36 years.
Loving mother of Debbie Nelson, Sherry Lewis, Tony Kreller (Stephanie) and Kristine Bayou (Same).
Cherished grandma of Tonya (Brine), Joshua (Stefanie), Justin (Miranda), Nathan (Elizabeth), James, Samantha, Cody, Keenan, Aaron and Nicholas and cherished great-grandma of Josiah, Naomi, Malachi, Asher, Siena, Braxton, Aleena, Hannah Grace, Carter and Holden.
Dear sister of Robert Grenier (the late Monique), Lucette Grenier (Andre Larocque) and the late Rose Marie Grenier.
Survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Fondly remembered by the Baker Family.
Predeceased by her parents.
Georgette’s family will receive relatives and friends from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will continue on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m., followed by a funeral service in the chapel of the funeral home, at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Private interment will be held at Woodland Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation- Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
