Fred Stacey Rickey
(Proud Lifetime Member of the Kingston Lion’s Club and of the Masonic Salem Lodge #368 Brockville ON)
Peacefully, after a brief illness, at Providence Care Hospital on Monday July 9, 2018 in his 99th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Elaine (nee Johnston), and his daughter Betty Worsley. Loving father of Fred Rickey Jr. Cherished by his grandchildren Kevin and his wife Leah, Peter and his wife Debbie, Becky and her husband Barry Taylor (Bearman) and Brendan Worsley and his wife Erin. And great grandchildren Tess, Phoenix and Harrison. Dearly remembered by several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Township Chapel of the GORDON F. TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOMES, 435 Davis Drive (Centennial Dr. and Taylor Kidd Blvd) on Sunday between the hours 2-4 p.m. The members of the Lion’s Club are welcome to gather for their Service to be held on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. A Family Service will be held, with the interment in the Oakland Cemetery, Brockville.
For those wishing, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Canadian Cancer Society, in memory of Fred.
