At his residence surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday July 10th, 2018, Fred Hinnegan of Chatham in his 64th year. Cherished son of the late Donald and Helen Hinnegan. Cherished husband of Brenda. Loving father of Brandon and his wife Kristen of Milton, and Sarah Hinnegan and her partner Chris Hooper of Chatham. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Maggie and Westley. Dear brother of Allan Hinnegan (Paula), Carol Kelly, Colleen Osterberg, and Perry Hinnegan (Karen), and step-brother of John Sawyer, Jim Sawyer, Helen Valcaniant, and Pat Becktold. Dear brother-in-law of Mary Lynn Hinnegan, and Gail Keys. Predeceased by his brother Don Hinnegan, brother-in-law Keith Osterberg, and step-sister Mary Beth Lachine. Thank you to the medical team for all of their care and compassion. Special thanks to JonAnn Meko and Sue Arnold. Family and friends are invited to the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home, 245 Wellington West, Chatham, 519-352-2710 on Friday July 13th with visiting from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, 180 Wellington St. West, Chatham, on Saturday July 14th at 11 a.m. with Father Don Pumputis celebrant. Cremation to follow with interment to take place at a later date. Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked to consider Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation-“Oncology Parking”, VON Chatham-Kent, C-K Hospice Foundation.
