Francis J. (Frank) Willoughby
1939-2018
With great sadness we announce the passing of Francis J.
Willoughby (Frank), at the Garden Home on Sunday, January 7, 2018, age
78 years. He is the father of Mark (Susan), Lynn Ferguson (Bobby), and
Christine Taylor (Greg). Grandfather of Matthew (deceased), Jeremy,
Ryan, C.J., and Shyla. Brother of Brien Willoughby (Anne deceased). He
was predeceased by his parents Gladys (O’Brien) and Frank
Willougby, brother John, sister Carol and brother-in-law Ron Stanley.
He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral
Home. There will be no visiting hours or funeral service by personal
request.
