Obituary
In memory of Frances ‘Joan’ Taylor, 92, late of Kenny’s Pond Retirement Community in St. John’s, NL. Joan passed peacefully at the Leonard Miller Palliative Care Center on New Year’s Eve 2017. Much loved, Joan will be missed by friends and family across Canada, the USA and the UK. She is survived by her children David, Kerry and Kevin and their families which include nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She will be interred at Christ Church Cemetery in Cherry Valley, Prince Edward Island reuniting her with her husband Gordon Taylor who passed in July of 2005. In lieu of flowers those wishing to acknowledge her life and passing could consider making a donation to their local Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals which would be her deepest wish.
