Fern Mable Elaschuk, age 87, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2017. She will be sadly missed but eternally loved and remembered by her family. Fern was predeceased by her parents Roy and Myrtle Thompson and her husband James Elaschuk. She is survived by her daughter Darlene (Ivan) Rebeyka, their children Alexis and Jameson; son Darryl (Shannon) and their children Cole and Chase; sister Darlene (Don) Mullen and many precious nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. The family would like to thank the health care teams of 6 east and 7 west at the Misericordia Hospital for their kindness and blessed care during Fern’s hospital stay.
In lieu of flowers you may honour Fern’s countless hours of volunteerism with a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
