McDOUGALL, EVA JOYCE ‘EVE’ –
Suddenly entered into rest at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, December 30th, 2018. Eve McDougall (nee Gilchrist) of Springbrook died at the age of 67. She was the daughter of the late George & Jean Gilchrist. Eve was the beloved wife for 47 years to Gary. She was the cherished mother of Barry (Genevieve) of Vancouver, BC and Craig (Aimee) of Stirling. Eve was the doting grandmother of Logan, Veronica, Riley and Jacob. She is survived by her brother Jim Gilchrist (Diane) of Pickering and her sister Alda Marshall (Rick) of Kitchener. Predeceased by her brother Delmer. Eve will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and all of her friends.
Cremation arrangements entrusted to the Stirling Funeral Home, 87 James Street, Stirling (613-395-2424). A Celebration of Eve’s Life will be held on Saturday, July 14th, 2019 in the Stirling Area (Time & Location to be confirmed).
