A Life Well Lived
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Eva Forth in Calgary on September 26, 2018, at the age of 96 years.
She is survived by her husband Frank; two sons: Ron (Marla) Forth of Chestermere, Alberta and Ed Forth of Lethbridge; three granddaughters: Sabrina Eve, Calista Marie, and Veronica Nicole of Chestermere; one sister Nora Morrow of Thorsby, Alberta, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Thomas Carter in November 1974; her mother Eva Carter in February 1999; her brother Phil in February 1994; sister-in-law Pat in July 1994; and brother-in-law Tom in November 2010.
Eva will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered for her kindness, sense of humor, and devotion to her family.
At Eva’s request there will be no services. A private family gathering in remembrance will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Eva’s name to The Salvation Army Agape Hospice, 1302 8 Avenue NW, Calgary, AB T2N 1B8 (www.agapehospice.ca).
